Prior to LinkedIn, I was a Statistician at the RAND Corporation where I developed methods for causal inference and observational studies applied to public policy problems. I hold a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of California, Irvine where I worked with Professor Hal Stern on propensity score weighting methods related to optimal balancing.
